Welcome to my online yoga classes! Practice yoga from the comfort of your home, combined with the guidance of a live teacher.

When you book you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a link to the video group class. More on how to book and pay on the booking page.

You can test the link in advance to check your settings. More on this below, under How to join.

These classes are open for all, as I always propose different variations of the asanas (postures) depending on the level of the students. Just make sure to not push yourself, your body is the boss, not me, nor your mind!

The class starts with centering breathing techniques, followed by a gentle warm up. From there we might do the sun salutation or moderated variations of it, depending on the abilities of the yogis. Dynamic and static postural work follows. We end the session with a calming meditation.

The style is a mix of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga.

Classes are primarily taught in English, unless there are only French-speaking (or Norwegian!) students participating.

How to join

After you have booked and payed, you can join the class by following the link in your confirmation email: “Rejoindre la réunion vidéo”.

When you click on the link, you should be directed to a welcoming screen that looks something like this. There’s no need to create an account, you can click directly on the button saying “Join meeting” (or “Start meeting” if you are the first one to join).

If you use a mobile phone rather than a computer, you’ll have to download the Teleport app first.

Make sure that your screen doesn’t look like this before joining the meeting. If it does, click on the red circles to activate (and allow) the microphone and webcam on your device.

You can see and change your settings even before you enter the meeting (class).

This is what the settings options look like. Here you can choose and adjust you camera, microphone and speaker settings if necessary.

After clicking the button to join meeting, you’ll see a screen like this. Here you have a button in the bottom right corner to see “More options” for settings (the circle with three dots …). You might need to move the computer mouse (or touch the screen if on a tablet) to make the button appear.

Here are your “More options”. Choose the “Speaker view” to see only me, or “Grid view” to see all students (use this only in the beginning and end of class), and “Full screen” to have me fill your screen to see me more clearly.

If your internet connection isn’t great (or your microphone has issues), and I have trouble hearing you, you can send me messages by clicking on the chat icon in the upper right hand corner.

In the beginning and end of the class, it’s nice and practical to have a little chat together. During the class however, it’s necessary for all participants to mute the microphone, so we avoid echo, and so that everyone sees me in “Speaker view”, and not one of the other students. To mute (and unmute), click the microphone icon at the left.

If by chance you can’t see me, or hear me, try to hang up and rejoin the meeting. To hang up, click on the telephone icon to the right of the three icons at the bottom of your screen. Again, you might have to move your computer mouse (or touch the screen if on a tablet) to make the icons/buttons visible.
